Know which units are ready
Keep a unit register with standard, accessible and handwashing equipment. Mark equipment ready, in maintenance or retired, and see which units are already committed to a rental.
Book solo or alongside a dumpster
A portable unit can be rented by itself. For a combined job, link the portable rental to an active dumpster rental at the same address. Dates and service frequency create the planned visits. Dumpster billing and portable pricing should be agreed during operator setup.
Record each field visit
Delivery, recurring cleaning and pickup are visible on the rental. Office staff can reschedule or mark a visit complete; completing delivery places the unit on site, and completing pickup closes the rental.
Keep customers informed
Customer-only transactional text updates can be queued for booking, visits and completion when the customer has opted in and an SMS provider and sender are active. STOP suppression, duplicate protection and quiet hours apply. Office staff can send a visit reminder when needed.

Can a customer rent a portable unit without a dumpster?
Yes. The operator can book a portable unit on its own. Linking to an existing dumpster rental is optional.
Are text alerts sent automatically?
Booking and completed-visit updates are queued when delivery is configured and consent is recorded. Upcoming visit reminders are sent by office staff. Messages may be held for quiet hours, and customers can reply STOP.
